Online Learning FAQ's

Online courses are only available for those aged 19 or over. You must have turned 19 on or before the 31st August 2019.

I have submitted my enrolment form, what happens next?

The Online Learning Team will email you the Safeguarding paperwork and the Information and Guidance paperwork for completion. Once they have received this back they will be in touch regarding the content of the course and also details regarding starting and accessing the learning portal.

I have completed an online enrolment form on your website but I haven't heard anything yet?

Our enrolment team will be able to look into this for you. Please email 

My username and password for the portal does not appear to be working?

Please email and they will be able to assist with any login issues.

I have completed a unit but I have not heard back from my assessor. What do I do?

You can email your assessor at any stage through the online portal. Alternatively, you can email and the team will contact your assessor on your behalf.

I have started my chosen course but I am unsure if it is right for me? 

We would advise discussing your concerns with your assessor through the online portal. However, our Online Learning Team are there to support you with any worries you may have, they are contactable through email at Depending on how far you are through on your course, we may be able to transfer you onto a more suitable course.

I am having difficulty accessing the online resources for my course. Please could I have a work book?

This would depend on which course you are studying. Please contact and they will be able to advise you regarding this.

I haven't heard anything about certificate yet?

Your assessor will be able to help you with this, please contact them via your online portal. Alternatively please email and they will be able to look into this for you.
